All bankers follow this 3-6-3 rules religiously without fail!
Give 3% or lower interest on sucker depositors' accounts, lend the depositors money at 6% interest and then be playing golf at 3pm.
Leverage at the maximum & if anything wrong ask for bailout at the expense of depositors money again!!!
