Is StudioTraffic a scam?

It has come to my attention (via a forum ) that a very popular AutoSurf program, Studio Traffic is facing some massive problems.

When the owner of the website posts the following message in their forum saying that
"Our top management has resigned. This means that offices in US, Canada and Spain will be closed" , it's pretty clear that something is wrong somewhere.

I surfed through
that StudioTrafic forum and found that they even have a special forum made just for Malaysian Surfers!

Incredible!

Now some of the message threads like this one
How much u lost? Never ashame to share.. depicts the horror stories of how much money has been 'lost' in this scheme!

And if I google a search on the following phrase 'studiotraffic is a scam?', I would get the following search results..

So for those Malaysians who have LOST money... what do you want to do about it?

Do you think it's maybe a good idea to start considering of taking LEGAL action?

How?

Don't let them get AWAY with your money so easily!!!

Anyone wants to comment?

Or am I wrong to call Studiotraffic a scam?

****

Found another interesting posting here

ST is not a scam and you should not talk bad about ST if you don't know what is happening!

Hotcili60,

I found a another forum talking about StudioTraffic when I googled the phrase 'Is StudioTraffic Dead'..

It's funny how these things work out.

They call us idiots, claim that "John" is some godlike figure who is going to generate money from no valid sustainable business model, cheerlead like there is no tomorrow, and then disappear when the obvious occurs.

I suppose I'm not surprised though. I expect easily convinced, gullible, greedy, and generally unintelligent people to be lured into these programs regularly. It's just a shame that they go in with the world's biggest rose-coloured specs on.

Soooo... does anyone want to join my new Ponz... er... Autosu...um... I mean advertising club? Think of it as a StudioTraffic version 2. I'll report it as based in Cuba, I'll live in Canada, and do business through Russian IPs. It will be foolproof... or rather full of fools.

And interesting enough.. StudioTraffic is not the first to fold... there was another one called 12dailypro which folded much earlier...

Studio traffic is a pyramid scheme which pays advertisers to display ads on their site. So, they pay the surfers, pay for ads placements and they have a way of making money. But, this scheme depends too much on new subscribers which will eventually make it collapse.

If you've earned from it, congrats and pull out while you can.

If you've lost, stop now and cut your losses.

If you've never joined, don't think about joining it (or any other scheme like it).

After reading (not all comment, damn lazy) from the link you gave, I have only one thing to say...some scheme are useful to certain people, at the same time it is useless to the other.

Have a nice day.
