Equity Fund Sellers: They Are Baaaaack! 87 Billion Redeemed

Just when Equity Fund Outflows appeared to be shrinking for 2 consecutive weeks, equity fund sellers are back!

Yeah.. remember little Carol Anne answering the phone?

They're baaaaaack!

And so far...


The facts: Since 28 April 2010, some 87.1 had been redeemed by equity fund investors. That's 26 weeks in a row! That's 6 months in a row!

Just for a rough comparison, here's SP chart. The pink area denotes the performance of SP from 28th Aug to present day, which also represents the period where equity fund investors have withdrawn some 87 Billion from equity mutual funds.

OMG! u really scare the hell of the most people but top analysts confidently said that helicopter dropping money will flooded the whole of world market very soon.

Guys,
Speculators can never be scared off. They normally only find out after its too late. For the serious investor, fundamentals rule. Anytime is a good time to buy, if values are right; sans systemic risks.

Honestly.. I wasn't trying to scare anyone. It's just that these equity fund withdrawls are back. Since they are back, for some reason, I thought about Carol Anne. ( too much halloween I guess :P )
